The Bill Jessee Memorial Scholarship was established in 2006 to honor the memory of our company’s longtime engineer, Bill Jessee, who passed away unexpectedly. It was in tribute to his generous nature, giving spirit, and commitment to education, that the East West Foundation formed this scholarship in his name, with the goal of supporting the higher education goals of deserving youth in the Hampton Roads area wishing to pursue a degree in engineering, architecture or construction management.
