New Schools Coming to Harbour View

Great News for Suffolk Schools! There are several new schools on their way to northern Suffolk. Late last year the City Council approved the $50 million+ funding for a new public elementary school on Nansemond Parkway and a new public middle school on Burbage Drive in Harbour View. Construction on both schools is expected to be completed in time for the 2018-2019 school year.As shown in the picture, the state of the art Nansemond Suffolk Academy Harbour View campus is nearing completion and will be open for the 2016-2017 school year. The private school will be educating students from pre-kindergarten to third grade. We are thrilled to see this continued growth in the Harbour View area and we cannot wait to see what the future brings for all the new families in the area.
