The Riverfront Becomes First Recipient of the Community Hall of Fame Award

The Tidewater Builders Association (TBA) recently honored The Riverfront for overall distinction in a new home community by selecting it as the first recipient of their new Community Hall of Fame award.

Criteria for consideration of this honor included being a past winner of TBA’s coveted Best Community award, which recognizes excellence in overall community design, amenities, entry monumentation, common areas, community signage, and marketing.  

The Riverfront was selected as Best Community for the year’s 2000, 2003, and 2005 as well as being awarded the coveted Community of the Year title in 2003 and 2005.  Winning the Hall of Fame award promotes The Riverfront to legendary status, as it is now retired from these award categories.  This beautiful community has been the recipient of  more than 35 different honors over the past 8 years making it Hampton Roads’ most awarded new home community.
